Troopers recovered approximately 3/4 of the stolen marijuana inside the residence, as well as a shed that was located in the backyard of the property.

In addition, the Colorado State Patrol located and recovered a stolen GMC pickup truck at the residence that was unrelated to the marijuana theft.

The recovered marijuana has been booked back into evidence in a secure interior location with the Colorado State Patrol.

This investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Colorado State Patrol at 303-239-4501. The internal review of protocols is still underway.
