Position Overview:
- Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy information
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Process paperwork, applications, and policy updates
- Support daily office operations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer skills required
- Insurance experience and/or licensing is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
