La Junta Police Report Narcotics Distribution Arrest

On March 25th, 2025, the La Junta Police Department, with assistance from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI), executed a search warrant at a residence near 12th St and Lewis Ave in La Junta, CO.

 

The residence belongs to 60-year-old Tony Jiron who was taken into custody. Officers located quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cash during the search.

 

Jiron was booked into the Bent County Jail on charges of Special Offender (Drug felony 1), Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Drug Felony 3), and unlawful possession of a controlled substance (drug felony 4).
