Rodolfo Vasquez, 83, passed away on February 14, 2025 at Parkview Medical Century in Pueblo. He was born on February 15, 1941 in Durango, Mexico to Angel & Maria P. (Garibay) Vasquez.

For many years, Rodolfo worked at Western Foods in La Junta, where he was known for his hard work and integrity.

Rodolfo’s life was enriched by his close relationships with his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Ramona Vasquez, with whom he shared countless cherished moments. Together, they raised their sons, Ruben (Laura Vigil) Vasquez and Luis (Janet) Vasquez, who carry on Rodolfo's legacy of love and strength. His siblings, Francisco Vasquez, Ester Villagran, Juana Federico, Trindad Vasquez, Bertha Moncado, and Santiago Vasquez, will also remember him fondly.

As a grandfather, Rodolfo took great pride in his grandchildren: Ruben, Jr., Mario, Selena, Amber, Tobias, Lelia, and Isabella Vasquez. Each of them held a special place in his heart, as did his 17 great-great-grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his later years. Rodolfo was preceded in death by his parents, Angel and Maria Vasquez.
