Obituary
Virginia J. Grimsley of Colorado Springs, formerly of Rocky Ford, passed away in Colorado Springs on April 10, 2024 at the age of 83. Virginia was born in Las Animas to Roy and Anita Cooper. She graduated from Bent County High School.
Virginia is survived by her 2 sons: Sam (Kimberly) Grimsley of La Junta, Brett (Lorna) Grimsley of Rocky Ford, 2 grandchildren: Jay Grimsley, of La Junta, Shayla Honebein, of Brush, her sister: Alice Deatherage of Las Animas. She was preceded in death by her husband Jim Grimsley.
Services Held on Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at 11:00am at the Community Presbyterian Church in Rocky Ford, Colorado.
Bellwood Ford Ustick Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
