Deer Herd Management/Lion Plans highlight Sportsperson’s Meeting, Feb 11
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Deer Herd Management Plans and the East Slope Lion Plan highlight discussions at the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Southeast Region Sportsperson’s Roundtable Meeting, Feb 11, 6 to 8 p.m., at CPW’s Southeast region office.
At the request of roundtable delegates, Region Manager Frank McGee and staff members will share information about the ongoing Cheyenne Mountain State Park land acquisition, agency efforts to hire a new director, and a variety of legislative and commission updates. The agenda includes a welcome, announcements, and question and answer opportunities with members, presenters and the sportsperson’s community.
Residents of the state’s southeast region with an interest in outdoor recreation, wildlife conservation and advocacy are encouraged to attend. The meeting is at 4255 Sinton Road, Colorado Springs, 80907 and available online via Zoom at: https://cpw-state-co.zoom.us/j/85147494629
