We’re happy to share another encouraging update.
Today’s trail camera image continues to show calm conditions on the Bishop Castle property. While the camera does not show the castle itself, it gives us another glimpse of conditions in the immediate area.
We’ve also included the recent aerial photos showing that Bishop Castle is still standing, something we are incredibly grateful for.
This morning’s incident update reports that firefighters continue to strengthen containment lines, patrol for hotspots, and protect nearby communities. The fire is now 15% contained, and today’s forecast calls for a chance of rain that could help moderate fire activity, though gusty outflow winds remain a concern.
We know we’re not out of the woods yet, but we remain hopeful and deeply thankful for the firefighters and first responders working around the clock to protect Bishop Castle and the surrounding communities. Thank you all for your continued prayers, encouragement, and support.
