With all due respect.

1.  Council Member Rikhof knows the procedure on how to get a work session done and notice put out to the public.

2. This issue is based at first on fees implemented and by whom this has been discussed in several meetings. Has it been perfected? No. Still a work in process, which we all are involved. Set meetings and tours, CANNOT be tailored towards an individual specifically.  Council members have other duties and cannot attend every meeting or tour that has been planned.

3. The Mayor not reaching out to all members when a situation arises is an incorrect statement.

4. We cannot be compared to another organization or institution. We have not only one but several meetings per year including work sessions regarding budget. If a member needs help understanding how to read and understand financial information given, they can definitely go straight to the auditors with their specific questions.

5. The conflict and interest policy was presented several times and voted on. Again, if a member does not understand they should ask for clarification.
